You can schedule your service directly through our website’s booking form or by sending us a direct message on Instagram. We’ll reach out personally to arrange a convenient in-home consultation and ensure our schedule fits your family’s needs.
What areas do you serve?
We currently provide services within Marin County. We’re hoping to expand, so if you’re outside this area, please reach out — we’d love to hear where services are needed as we grow.
Is this a meal delivery service?
Not exactly. The Good Hour is primarily an in-home meal prep and personal chef service, which means we cook fresh meals right in your kitchen. This allows us to customize menus, use your preferred ingredients, and leave your fridge stocked with wholesome, ready-to-enjoy dishes. For special requests, we can occasionally prepare meals in our chef's own kitchens and deliver them for an additional fee.

No — and that’s the best part. Unlike a subscription, you’re never locked into ongoing payments. You can use the service once to try it out, pause whenever your family is away or on vacation, and resume when it works best for you. With appropriate notice, scheduling is flexible and always on your terms.
